Article 1. Legal Standing and Sovereign Framework

The United Royal Kingdom – Dynasty (URK-D) is an independent international royal alliance and humanitarian organization, established under the sovereign rights of its Founding Heads - H.S.H. King Muhammad Jeseus Chrishna and H.R.H. Sultan Ampaso Umpa - in accordance with the inherent and inalienable rights recognized by Customary International Law, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), and the Charter of the United Nations (1945).

URK-D operates as a non-governmental, non-political, intercultural, and peace-oriented royal body, exercising its lawful right to self-organization, moral advocacy, and global cooperation in the spirit of mutual respect among nations and peoples.

All members, affiliates, and partners act under the guiding Pillars of Unity, Compassion, Peace, and Love, advancing moral recovery, cultural dignity, and harmony between communities. The organization, while independent of any state, maintains an attitude of goodwill and cooperation toward all lawful governments, institutions, and faiths in the pursuit of peace, solidarity, and noble human progress.

URK-D is legally entitled to conduct its affairs, represent its mission, and maintain its internal governance and symbols in accordance with the principles of sovereign equality, peaceful association, and human dignity. Any attempt to obstruct, misrepresent, or unlawfully appropriate its works, insignia, or initiatives constitutes a violation of its internationally protected moral and intellectual rights.
